I’ve rebuilt operations, guided mergers, scaled teams, and led through growth, constraint, and complexity.

My background spans entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, operations, education, and the military. I’ve served as a CEO, Executive Director, and Fractional COO, rebuilt organizations under pressure, and led teams through growth, complexity, and constraint.

I don’t approach operational problems theoretically. I diagnose where work breaks down, where systems create drag, and where leaders are compensating with effort instead of fixing the root causes. My work focuses on diagnosing and removing operational drag so teams execute faster, operate more efficiently, and achieve measurable results.
