My background spans entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, operations, education, and the military. I’ve served as a CEO, Executive Director, and Fractional COO, rebuilt organizations under pressure, and led teams through growth, complexity, and constraint.

I don’t approach operational problems theoretically. I diagnose where work breaks down, where systems create drag, and where leaders are compensating with effort instead of fixing the root causes.
