This unique leadership style is my response to the prevailing surge of narcissism, victimhood, and divisiveness, and the decline of essential leadership traits like integrity, accountability, transparency, character, and collaboration. As a seasoned leadership coach and organizational consultant, holding Master's degrees in Management and Leadership, as well as Organizational Development Psychology, I firmly believe that we stand at a crucial crossroads in the world of leadership.
The ongoing pandemic, our increased reliance on social media, and the rise of remote work have contributed to a significant rise in individual isolation and self-centeredness.
